Please note that some amenities are seasonal, there may be daytime construction noise due to ongoing development in the community, and guests have access to most, but not all, Eagles Nest amenities.

Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- The garage is not available for guest use.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
Fees and Payments
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs for an additional pet rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax. Please keep all animals off of the furniture and bedding to keep the home allergen friendly.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- The garage is not available for guest use.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens will be provided.

Safety and Emergency Information
- Security cameras are in place outside of the home: Camera 1 in the back pointing at the backyard, Camera 2 on the side pointing toward garage door, Camera 3 on the other side facing the side of the house, and Camera 4 on the front of the house facing driveway and front yard. Cameras do not point into the home or at the hot tub.
- Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm. During weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads.
